Trace a warehouse fee difference back to the source.
Compare separately billed flat fees with your agreed rates and warehouse activity. Each result shows the rows your team needs to verify.
Try the synthetic exampleSee what the check can establish.
Choose an example. The calculation runs in your browser using synthetic data.
A difference is a review lead. It does not establish a billing error, refund or saving. Your team must confirm the contract, activity and any exceptions.
Have a recent flat pick, extra-item or packing fee you cannot explain?
Check whether my fee fitsStart with the billing month, fee label and a sentence about the issue. The proposed supported pilot is US$99.
One warehouse. One billing period.
US$99
Configured checks for your agreed fixed rates and a report covering up to 3,000 invoice rows. The report includes source references, differences to verify and unresolved rows. We confirm fit on one authorized, redacted fee example before proposing an order.
Separate flat fees supported
- Basic picking per order
- Chargeable extra items
- Packaging per package
Shipping, storage, returns, assembly, tiered rates, free allowances, minimum charges and tax calculation are outside this pilot. The page does not accept orders or payments.
The three inputs need to describe the same charges.
Agreed rates
Warehouse, fee, currency, unit, rate and effective dates.
Include the source reference. Overlapping or missing rates remain unresolved.
Activity
Warehouse, pseudonymous order reference, date, fee, currency, unit and chargeable quantity.
Extra-item quantity must already be chargeable under your contract. Total item count is insufficient.
Invoice lines
Unique line reference, corresponding activity fields, billed quantity and amount.
Currency totals remain separate. Ambiguous duplicates and credits need review.
The current prototype uses standard tab-delimited text. PDF and spreadsheet files need an agreed conversion first. It does not connect to your warehouse system or infer contract allowances.
Check whether your fee fits.
Tell us the billing month, the fee label and what seems wrong. A short description is enough for the first reply.

Before a paid order
We confirm that your invoice, rates and activity inputs fit the supported fixed-fee checks and that you can share them. The approver must accept the US$99 scope and workable payment steps before an order.
With your authorization and agreed data handling, we check one redacted fee line against its agreed rate and activity count at no charge. You can follow the calculation and source references. If we cannot reconcile that example, we do not propose the pilot.
Before any real data is shared
We confirm scope, authority to share data, handling arrangements and payment steps. Names, contact details, delivery addresses and unrelated notes are not needed for this check.
Keep the order mapping within your team. If your existing tools already resolve the problem, the pilot may add little value.
This is an early-stage validation project. There are no verified customer results to present yet.
